GROUP ORGANIZERS: FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE--

Telephone and Fax Services

Here is some new telephone information to be shared with your group:

• The EMERGENCY ONLY number should be first 978 456 1238, and if no-one answers, try 978 456 3649.
• People can be reached through our pay phone at 978 456 1238, but we (Friendly Crossways staff) do not answer that number ourselves.
• MESSAGES can be left at the following number: 978 456 9386.
• If you want your office to send you faxes while you're here, or want an additional line for phone, message machine or modem hookups, we can accommodate this request with sufficient notice (15 business days). This phone can also be used to make outbound calls/faxes with telephone cards. There is a $20 hook up fee and $5/day usage fee for this line.

Just so there's No Surprises

If you are providing your own meals and snacks, your group is responsible for cleaning after each meal/snack, and for bringing your own paper towels and napkins, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, tin foil and plastic wrap in addition to your food. We provide coffee filters, some spices, and a fully equipped kitchen and place settings and silverware for 70.

Although Keith or Mary Helan will personally welcome your group and go through house rules when your participants have arrived, some organizers like to include these in their informational packets.
