Dear District Attorney Coakley:
We, the undersigned, oppose the further imprisonment of Cheryl Amirault LeFave arising out of the "Fells Acres" case. Cheryl has already served more than eight years in prison, and has more than ten years left to serve on her original sentence. Her mother, Violet, who was imprisoned with her, has since passed away. Her brother, Gerald, remains in prison after serving more than 13 years. No worthwhile purpose would be served by sending Cheryl back to prison now. She has suffered enough. We urge you to resolve this case in a manner that will enable Cheryl to continue her life as a productive and law-abiding member of the community.
