Welcome! These pages cover three generations of the descendants of Palmer Tanner Briggs of Washington and Kent Cos. in Rhode Island.

Palmer T. Briggs is one of my third great-grandfathers. He was a son of Sweet and Martha (Tanner) Briggs, and is considered a fourth-generation descendant of the immigrant John Briggs of North Kingstown and his wife Frances.
