HP Laserwriter to Lexmark 5700 printer filter.
I bought a Lexmark 5700 printer, which is very nice, except that the printer
driver only runs under Windows. So I wrote this filter. Written in g++.
Filter only supports graphic PCL, not text, and not all of that.

A
ghostscript driver
for the Lexmark 5700. Only supports black-and-white. May work in black-and-white
for some other Lexmark printers, and perhaps for some Compaq printers (IJ 700?)
as well.
Reported to work for the Xerox XJ-8.
To use this driver, you'll need ghostscript
sources
and a C compiler. My readme file may be of
some help. You'll also need a edited contrib.mak file
which mentions the driver.
